Author pictures and book cover
Author pictures and the book cover can be used by journalists, news presenters, book reviewers, bloggers, literature students, etc. in articles, essays, reviews, book chapters, news, critiques written/presented/published in print, video or online medium on True Dummy or the author. Preferably an email should be sent to aj@ashishjaiswal.com pointing to the source of such publication not for permission but for reference. These can also be used where pieces are not restricted to True Dummy or Ashish Jaiswal but are a general piece on books/authors/literature. However, none of these can be used if the piece includes pornography or any material that is illegal, immoral or harmful to the author or True Dummy or society in any sense. If in doubt an email at above address must be sent to seek prior written permission. The author, photographer and designers assert their moral rights. Permission to use these is also denied when a piece is published/presented with the intention to malign/harm author or the book or society in any manner. The author reserves every right to order removal of such material and claim damages. At no place the pictures are to be used without referencing to whom they belong (for example the pictures cannot be used in any medium in general sense or representing a general group or body wrongly associating the author or his work to something else).

Blog and emails
The blog is used by Ashish Jaiswal to express, discuss his work and thoughts. It is meant to provide an interactive space where people foster creative, respectful conversations. One is welcome to post his thoughts, views, criticisms about the author and his work on the blog. It is meant to be a place to promote spirited discussions and healthy debate that is beneficial to mankind. By posting on the blog you agree that you will only post material that you hold the copyright for or are the author of. You also agree to respect, not attack, abuse, harass, intimidate, and threaten other users, any particular community, religion, group, caste, creed, nation and the author. The author firmly believes in national integrity, respects all the religions and considers everyone equal and no comments harming the sprit of the forum will be allowed. You also agree not to post any material that is unlawful, libellous, defamatory, or that intentionally discriminates against or harasses particular individuals or groups. You also agree not to use the blog for advertisements, spamming, chain letters, junk mail or any unlawful purpose or make available material that could give rise to criminal or civil liability. All the comments/praise posted on the blog or sent through email can be used by the author to promote his work unless otherwise stated. The emails are also provided for the respective readers and people interested in contacting the author. They in no circumstances to be used to spam, send junk letters, obscene, harmful material. The senders are welcome to send fair criticism/feedback but are not allowed to send any maligning material. IP addresses are recorded as per the privacy policy and the author reserves the right to caution/prosecute anyone sending/posting material that is considered illegal, immoral and defamatory.
